Shipping policy
We offer free Fed Ex shipping on all shipments to the U.S. Your order is processed in 1-2 business days and then shipped via Fed Ex overnight delivery. You can expect your order to arrive 1-3 business days after order is placed. Delivery time can be longer if an item is out of stock. If this is the case you will be contacted and given the new delivery estimate. An adult signature is required to receive your order. All of our shipments are fully insured.
Canada & International Shipments
Shipments to Canada or International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
Aristo is not responsible for any delayed delivery of packages due to customs issues when shipping internationally.
All costs incurred on a refused delivery because of high custom or brokerage fees, duties, taxes, or restrictions imposed by the country of destination are the responsibility of the purchaser.
If an item is lost in transit, please reach out to the Aristo team at info@aristovintage.com as soon as possible. We'll work with the shipping company to locate your package and replace the item if necessary. Aristo is
not liable for missing packages when tracking dictates it has been delivered.
What if my order is delayed during shipping?
Packages sometimes get delayed due to unforeseen weather or technical issues within the shipping company.
Once a package leaves our facility we are unable to alter the shipping speed or overcome delays due to weather or technical issues.
